Individual Counseling

 

Like most of us, you may suffer from worry, sadness, grief, a feeling of frustration in your work, or a lack of connection to others, including those closest to you. Therapy may appear daunting but it doesn’t have to be. It is that special place where you can look at yourself with courage, compassion and curiosity, without judgment or blame. It is the place to grow, change, as well as to be seen and not alone. You will learn that you already have strengths and gifts to draw on to help you deal with any challenge or concern.  You just need to take the time and make the effort to do this for yourself.

 

Couple Counseling

You can change the repeating arguments that make you feel helpless, hurt and misunderstood, keeping you from experiencing the love and harmony you need and deserve. We will quickly build rapport and compassion and work intensely together to stop the unproductive pattern between you two. You already have the ability to do this; you just need the right tools and support. Love is too important and life is too short to wait for this to happen without help.

 

Group Counseling

Therapy groups allow an incredibly rich and fertile environment for participants to grow, change and connect.  Within safe confines, participants can give and get love, receive support, share emotions and experiences, feel seen and valued, challenge each other, give accurate feedback (so rare), and try out new skills and new ways of being. There is nothing quite like a group experience.
